Dealer Intelligence Group · Powersports data & development
Get found. Get revenue.
Written off or liquidated annually across the U.S. dealer network
We're a data and development group built for the powersports industry. We make product data machine-readable, hand it to Google in a form it trusts, repair the websites and parts catalogues it lands on, and get individual products — not just brand names — showing up in AI answers. The inventory exists. We make it findable, and findable is what gets paid.
Where the industry is stuck
Good inventory,
unreadable data.
Powersports never got a shared language for what fits what. Part numbers fragment, supersessions break catalogues, dealer sites describe the same shock four different ways, and the feed going to Google is missing half of what it needs.
The result is an industry where the product is in stock, correctly priced and genuinely wanted — and still can't be found by the person searching for it. That's not a marketing problem. It's an engineering one, and it's the one we work on.
What we do
We build the
fix, not the
report.
Six things, all pointed at the same outcome: your products getting found by people ready to buy them, on whatever surface they're searching.
Product data that holds up
Fitment normalised across make, model, year and trim. OEM and aftermarket part numbers reconciled to one canonical SKU. Supersessions resolved instead of silently breaking your catalogue.
Data Google will trust
Vehicle, Product, Offer and LocalBusiness schema wired to live price and availability, plus clean feeds — so what a crawler reads matches what's on the floor.
Fix the site you have
Indexation failures, Core Web Vitals, broken migrations, thin VDPs and SRPs, local presence. We work on the platform you're already running — no rebuild required.
Found at product level
Not just "does the AI know my dealership exists" — does it surface this part, for this bike, with the right price and the right store. Built for retrieval, then measured.
Fix the back end
The catalogue-to-website pipeline that quietly loses products: duplicate SKUs, orphaned part numbers, missing attributes, feeds that time out, inventory that never syncs.
Somewhere for the rest
Some stock has no local buyer at any level of visibility. That gets a national channel instead of a write-down.
The part most people miss
Brand-level
visibility sells
nothing.
Plenty of vendors will get an AI assistant to know your dealership's name. That isn't the transaction. The transaction is a specific part, for a specific machine, in stock at a specific store, right now.
| The question a customer asks | Brand-level answer | Product-level answer |
|---|---|---|
| "Who sells powersports parts near me?" | Your store might get named. | Your store gets named — with stock. |
| "What rear shock fits a 2021 CRF450?" | Nothing. You're not in this answer. | Your SKU, with fitment confirmed. |
| "Is that part in stock anywhere today?" | Nothing. Availability isn't readable. | Live availability, tied to your feed. |
| "What's the OEM equivalent of this number?" | Nothing. Supersessions aren't mapped. | Canonical number and its replacements. |
Getting into that second column is a data problem before it's a content problem. Entity clarity, machine-readable fitment answers and reachable feed endpoints are what make a product citable — and we monitor whether it actually gets cited.
Development, not advice
We'll fix
anybody's
website.
Most vendors in this industry hand you a findings document and wait. We ship the change. If it runs on the web and it sells powersports product, we've probably had our hands in one like it.
- Platform agnosticYour website provider, your DMS, your ecommerce stack. We build to what you run instead of insisting you move to something we prefer.
- We work alongside your vendorTemplates, specs and validation your existing team can implement — or we implement it ourselves. Either way nobody has to be replaced for this to work.
- Backend first, cosmetics neverNothing here is a redesign. It's part numbers, attributes, schema, feeds, indexation and sync — the layer nobody sees and everybody's revenue depends on.
- Measured, not assertedIndexation counts, rich-result eligibility, AI citation tracking, and inventory visible versus inventory invisible. You get to check our work.
- Built to keep workingModel years keep arriving and catalogues keep changing. The standards and QA cadence are part of the deliverable, not an upsell.
A part nobody can find by the bike it fits isn't inventory. It's storage.
Why we start at the data layer
How the work is packaged
Three products.
One data layer.
Take one, take all three. They share the same foundation, so nothing gets rebuilt twice.
Data Engine Data & standards Current, machine-readable powersports fitment and the structured-data standards that carry it onto your pages. The foundation everything else stands on. See the data → Ignition Visibility
Console See it & fix it One screen showing which inventory is indexed, which is invisible, and what that's costing you — with the development work to close the gap. See the console → Full throttle BrappZone
Co-Op National demand A geo-intelligent dealer co-op for stock the local market won't take. You keep your margin, your branding and your customer. See the co-op →
Who we work with
Everyone in the
product's path.
Powersports rooftops
Make your floor findable, learn what search engines and AI assistants currently can't read, and give the rest of your stock a national audience.
Manufacturers and suppliers
Canonical part numbers, fitment that keeps pace with current model years, and consistent product description everywhere your catalogue travels.
Website & DMS vendors
Bring fitment data, structured-data deployment and visibility reporting to the dealer base you already serve, without building it yourself.
